From the first appt, to the actual day of surgery. Dr. Oliphant and his staff were very professional. They walked me through step by step as to what he thought I might need in order to accomplish the goals I had set out for. I had an implant placed today without having any iv sedation. It was so quick and easy. No pain at all during the whole process. Definitely will be recommending him to all my family and friends. Thank you

Patient Care Coordinator

Patient Care Coordinators are dedicated to planning, managing, and overseeing the successful outcomes of larger cases for a single surgeon. By ensuring that the care team is consistent from the first consultation through to the final follow-up appointment, patients are more likely to have better outcomes, feel better supported throughout the treatment process, and have a known point of contact for any questions that come up along the way. Each surgeon has a Patient Care Coordinator who is responsible for treatment planning, financial coordination, case planning and preparation, referring provider communication, follow-up calls, etc.
