So I’ll be the first to admit that dental offices normally give me extreme anxiety but this office was terrific. From the front office to the nurses and my surgeon (Dr. Sarathy) everyone has such an awesome sense of humor and deep professionalism that I felt instantly relaxed. I had my broken wisdom tooth removed and it barely cost me anything out of pocket with my insurance, they were expedient with getting me an appointment, and the entire surgery only took about 30 minutes from check in to surgery, I would highly recommend this office for nervous patients. My entire experience was terrific! Thank you so much to everyone at the office, you guys are the absolute BEST.

Patient Care Coordinator

Julia Howell

Patient Care Coordinators are dedicated to planning, managing, and overseeing the successful outcomes of larger cases for a single surgeon. By ensuring that the care team is consistent from the first consultation through to the final follow-up appointment, patients are more likely to have better outcomes, feel better supported throughout the treatment process, and have a known point of contact for any questions that come up along the way. Each surgeon has a Patient Care Coordinator who is responsible for treatment planning, financial coordination, case planning and preparation, referring provider communication, follow-up calls, etc.
