Very professional and caring. I saw Dr. Lee for three implants and am very pleased with my treatment. His staff was concerned about my comfort and made sure to inform me of each step of preparation as we went along up until the procedure began and also afterwards. All questions were answered, prescriptions called in- all I had to do was follow the printed instructions and get better. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone having need of their services.

Patient Care Coordinator

kathryn wilkos

Patient Care Coordinators are dedicated to planning, managing, and overseeing the successful outcomes of larger cases for a single surgeon. By ensuring that the care team is consistent from the first consultation through to the final follow-up appointment, patients are more likely to have better outcomes, feel better supported throughout the treatment process, and have a known point of contact for any questions that come up along the way. Each surgeon has a Patient Care Coordinator who is responsible for treatment planning, financial coordination, case planning and preparation, referring provider communication, follow-up calls, etc.
