With a strong focus of enhancing the well-being of her patients, she provides exceptional care by utilizing evidence-based practice while delivering a compassionate and empathetic approach. She takes delight in carefully listening to her patients to understand their symptoms and experiences. By doing so, she provides them with the vital support, education, and treatment they need.

Her focus is in diagnosing and treating conditions related to temporomandibular disorders, neuropathic conditions of the head and neck, oral manifestations of systemic conditions, oral mucosal and precancerous lesions, salivary gland disorders, and management of oral complications associated with cancer-related radiation and chemotherapy. She also evaluates and treats newborns with tongue ties, performs dental extractions, provides animal-assisted therapy, and offers follow up virtual video and phone visits.

Dr. Vatcher has always used a caring, intelligent and thoughtful approach with me for every visit and communication. Never in my life have I had the courtesy, time and personal care that Dr. Vatcher has consistently used in helping understand and treat my condition. No doctor has ever cared so much about helping me. I cannot recommend Dr. Vatcher enough for anyone struggling with TMD.

Patient Care Coordinator

katie strong

Patient Care Coordinators are dedicated to planning, managing, and overseeing the successful outcomes of larger cases for a single surgeon. By ensuring that the care team is consistent from the first consultation through to the final follow-up appointment, patients are more likely to have better outcomes, feel better supported throughout the treatment process, and have a known point of contact for any questions that come up along the way. Each surgeon has a Patient Care Coordinator who is responsible for treatment planning, financial coordination, case planning and preparation, referring provider communication, follow-up calls, etc.
